Black in Friday

Can’t bear to page through all those Black Friday inserts from the paper, or search site after site online, to locate the best deals this holiday season? Us either, so we’re all about the apps. While we don’t really intend to be out fighting the crowds on Black Friday (Cyber Monday is sooo much more our speed) if you’re going to brave the insanity, it’ll probably pay to peruse the deals in advance. We haven’t tested all of these, but according to our friends at Appitalism.com, these are the apps to try:
•    Black Friday App (Free for the iPhone) – Brought to you by dealnews, named “Best Black Friday Web Sites of 2008″ by both PC World and PC Magazine, Black Friday App keeps shoppers up to date on deals that are as good as, or better than, the best deals on Black Friday. Each deal is hand-picked by the dealnews editors, every day. Black Friday App also counts down the days to Black Friday.
•    Black Friday Survival Guide (Free for the Android) – Black Friday Survival Guide brings the latest news, the biggest sales, and the best deals right to shopper’s phone with the Black Friday Survival Guide app.
•    TGI Black Friday (Free for the iPhone ) – Shoppers can use this app to plan their holiday shopping weeks before Black Friday ads are available in the newspaper. Check this app frequently for new ads from shopper’s favorite stores such as Best Buy, Target, Walmart, Sears and many more.
•    Black Friday Deals (Free for the iPhone) – With this app you get up to date info on Black Friday Deals, complete with instant alerts for any major news or ad-scans that get posted online.
