YouTube is not the first video sharing site on the web, but it quickly took over the slot with a friendly interface and the ability to share comments. Google acquired YouTube in 2006, and offered Android YouTube application for some time. Google has released version 2.0 free update for the YouTube application, and it's worth the download.
What's new? An overhaul of the UI. Now in portrait mode, you can read and see the comments when video is playing. Turn your phone into landscape mode. Skip the video full screen and you have a disk that big to capture and drag with your finger to move forward or rewind the video. The home screen of the application is personalized with a new video of a YouTube channel which you have subscribed.
How? Great! In my tests, video playback is smooth, easy navigation in the video, and scrolling through the comments when video plays a very interesting and useful.
You can also find and download easily. Search button, right on the main screen, allowing you to quickly put the video you want. Or, with a press, the application launches mobile video recorder and allows you to track and downloading immediately after completing registration. Updates will create a new wave of interest on YouTube.
