Android fastest growing smartphone OS

Google Android continues to grow faster in the U.S. than any other operating system for smartphones, including Research In Motion and BlackBerry OS IOS Apple, according to the latest ComScore rankings, released Friday.
Android customer rose 6.5 percent during the period of three months, while the number of customers of RIM fell 3.5 percentage points and the base, and Apple has slightly increased from the three months ended in July.
